Disney's request was to show the happy memories of a Hygge day within a Stop Motion animated scrapbook showcasing 5 different Frozen Hygge toys. With that we designed Scandinavian style paper characters which were animated taking us on a journey through the sketchbook, highlighting photos of the toys in their Hygge lifestyle settings.

We built Scandi "Hygge" styled kitchen, living room and a children's bedroom sets in the studio (none of us wanted to go back to our own homes they were so lovely and Hygge), to capture the toys in the best cosy settings. The impressive shots of the sketchbook Stop-Motion Animation was captured via a birds eye view from our Motion Control rigged set up, gliding beautifully above our animator while he worked his magic making Our Hygge Day characters and craft elements come alive in the sketchbook.
